Refund and Returns Policy
At Lakshmi Associates, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering your orders with the highest standards of quality. However, in the rare event of any of the following situations, we will issue a 100% refund:
- Package received in a damaged condition
- Any box inside the parcel is found to be unsealed or damaged
- Incorrect item delivered
Return Process
To initiate a return or refund request, please email us at contact@lakshmiassociates.shop within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please include:
- Clear photographs showing the issue or damage
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue and refund request
Once the issue is verified and approved by our team, the refund process will be initiated. The refund will be processed within 72 working hours from approval.
Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request cancellation by contacting us.
Once your cancellation request is validated, we will initiate the refund process.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to process cancellations or refunds, except where the product qualifies for a refund under the conditions mentioned above.
Refund Timeline
Once a refund has been approved and initiated, please allow 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your original payment method or bank account, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
